3. Products and Orders

- Live fish are carefully handled and shipped in secure packaging.
- Alfalah reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment gateways.
- Full payment is required at checkout to process your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver across the UAE within 1–3 working days.
- Live fish deliveries are scheduled to ensure minimal transit stress.
- Customers are required to be available at the scheduled delivery time to receive live items.
- Alfalah is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or customer unavailability.
6. Live Arrival Guarantee
- We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all live fish delivered on time and received as per the instructions.
- Claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
- The guarantee does not apply if the customer fails to receive the order at the scheduled time or mishandles the fish post-delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, live fish are non-returnable.
- For tanks and accessories, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
- Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days upon approval.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure your aquarium is fully set up before ordering live fish.
- Understand the basic care and compatibility of fish species before purchase.
- Follow all handling guidelines provided during delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and product information, is the property of Alfalah and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Alfalah is not liable for:
- Loss or death of fish due to poor tank conditions or mishandling after delivery.
- Indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of our products or services.
